Dear Customers:

There have been a few unfortunate instances where packages have been confiscated by customs or lost. This is always disappointing for everyone involved but rest assured we are here to help and our policies are below. We want to be clear about our policies so that you can buy with confidence. They are amongst the most generous offered by our industry.

– Customs confiscation: We will replace and resend the item once for free. If confiscated for a second time then unfortunately the customer will have to bear the risk. So far, we have never customs confiscate the same shipment twice.

– Lost/stolen Lost on the road packages as determined by the courier company: Now we offer a service where you pay an additional 5% of the total order price for VIP Package Cover which is fully rebatable to you. If the logistics tracking number shows the transaction, We are not responsible for lost packages.

If you do not pay for this service, then if the item is lost/stolen you will only be able to receive the amount that the courier company pays in a compensation claim which will be the declared value of the goods up to a maximum of USD $100. As a show of good faith, in addition to this:

LuxuryIconic will refund you 30% of your total order value at our cost OR If you pay 50% again, we will arrange to ship a second package of the same goods.

If you take the VIP Package Cover option then:

– We will add 5% to your total order price.

– Once you receive the item, if you write a fair review on Reddit (or another agreed place) we will refund you 5% or give you a 5% credit toward your next order

– If the item is lost/stolen (as determined by the courier company) we will send you a replacement item once for free. If it is lost/stolen a second time, then unfortunately the customer will have to take the risk. If we send you items a second time then your VIP Package Cover is not refundable or rebatable.

An example of the refund/rebate, would be if you purchase an item for $1000USD then the 5% additional payment will make your order total $1050USD. If you receive the item and leave a fair review on Reddit we would then either refund $50USD to your account or give you $50USD in credit for your next order. The option is yours.

As you know, our jewellery products are high value items and we want to make sure you enjoy and cherish them for years to come. We always want to help our customers. We will always do our best to make sure you receive our jewellery and even receive service if needs be for years to come after your purchase.
